Madina Ayukhanova

Madina Ayukhanova is the Chief Financial Officer of EA Group Holding (Kazakhstan), where she is responsible for financial strategy, treasury management, financial reporting, and the development of corporate control systems. Her remit includes financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and the implementation of modern approaches to financial management.

Madina graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Financial Technology.

Her professional career spans more than 27 years and covers key areas of banking and corporate finance. Over the years, she has held senior positions at leading financial institutions in Kazakhstan, including Bank Pozitiv Kazakhstan, BTA Bank, and subsidiary organizations of JSC Halyk Bank. Throughout her career, she has overseen projects focused on enhancing financial controls and governance frameworks. Her responsibilities have included building corporate governance systems, improving financial transparency, and adapting finance functions to evolving business requirements.

Since 2023, Madina has served as Chief Financial Officer at EA Group Holding. In this role, she focuses on strategic financial planning, budgeting, operational efficiency, and supporting the group’s long-term growth.

Particular attention is devoted to the digital transformation of the finance function and the implementation of technology-driven solutions that improve management reporting quality and accelerate decision-making processes.

Madina’s expertise spans banking risk management, financial control, corporate finance, and organizational transformation. Her extensive experience in the banking sector and within large corporate structures enables her to build effective financial management frameworks and create a solid foundation for sustainable business growth.
