Her career in finance began at Alliance Bank, where she started as a Treasury Specialist before moving into analytical roles within the Financial Market Risk and Finance Departments. Since 2016, she has held CFO positions across the banking, consulting, and technology sectors. In 2021, she joined Freedom and currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan.
A results-driven finance executive, she has successfully led complex transformation initiatives, built high-performing finance teams, and developed sustainable financial operating models that support long-term business growth. Her core areas of expertise include FP&A, strategic planning, management reporting, financial performance management, and organizational transformation.
