Yulia Valentini is an executive with international experience in financial management and banking business transformation, with a focus on financial institutions. For over two decades, she has helped financial organisations build effective governance models, enhance profitability, and create a sustainable foundation for long-term growth.
She began her career at Robertson & Blums Corporation, progressing from entry-level to project manager, where she implemented specialised financial software solutions. She then joined Deutsche Bank, responsible for analytics and automation of solutions across HR, DocFlow, and Payroll. A significant chapter of her career was at Raiffeisen Bank, where she rose from Retail Analyst to Vice President in the Finance Division, overseeing management reporting, budgeting, product and customer segment profitability analysis, cost allocation, and financial modelling. From 2018 to December 2024, she worked at EY within the Financial Services practice, delivering projects in business process efficiency, the establishment of a Shared Service Centre, implementation of software solutions (business planning, regulatory reporting automation), bank strategy development, and financial performance improvement.
Since December 2024, Yulia Valentini has served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Eskhata Bank. Her remit includes Treasury, Management Reporting and Analytics, Financial Institutions Relations, Accounting and IFRS, ESG, and the development of a data warehouse. Yulia is responsible for the bank’s financial strategy, delivering capital growth for shareholders and driving efficiency, while implementing modern approaches to financial management and creating a data‑driven foundation for decision‑making.
