Oleg Feygenson

Oleg Feygenson is one of the leading international experts in TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) and applied innovation, with extensive experience in implementing systematic approaches to new product development and technological solutions in global companies.

Holding a PhD in Engineering and recognized as a TRIZ Master, Oleg actively advances TRIZ methodology at the international level and serves as President of the International TRIZ Official Association (MATRIZ Official), which brings together innovation experts and practitioners worldwide.

From 2014 to 2026, Oleg worked at Samsung Electronics as part of the Global Technology Research team (Suwon, Republic of Korea), where he held the position of Principal Engineer in the Manufacturing Core Technology Team. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing advanced technological solutions aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency, accelerating the innovation cycle, and strengthening engineering capabilities across the global organization.

Prior to joining Samsung Electronics, Oleg Feygenson held the positions of Senior Principal and Chief Researcher at GEN3 Partners, Inc. — one of the world’s leading TRIZ-based innovation consulting firms.

Under his leadership and with his direct involvement, dozens of innovation projects were successfully delivered for major global corporations, including General Electric, Doosan Infracore, Unilever, Pepsi, and Owens-Illinois. These projects covered a wide range of challenges — from new product and technology development to process optimization and breakthrough problem-solving under complex engineering constraints.
