His expertise lies in funds transfer pricing (FTP), asset-liability management (ALM), and liquidity strategy, ensuring treasury alignment with the bank’s profitability and balance sheet goals.

Before taking on his current role, Nikolay served for over seven years as a Group Auditor at Raiffeisen Zentralbank, specializing in treasury and capital markets audits, developing audit methodologies, and coordinating local audit teams across the network. He previously held the position of Deputy Head of Internal Audit at Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria and began his career at Societe Generale Expressbank, working in treasury back-office and internal audit.
