Hamza Arif is a Process Excellence Lead at Agilent Technologies, where he leads process improvement across global commercial operations. His work sits at the intersection of business process management (BPM), process mining, operational design, and process excellence, with a particular focus on how artificial intelligence is changing established approaches to process improvement.
His professional background spans the pharmaceutical, automotive, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Before joining Agilent Technologies, he contributed to large-scale process standardization and digital transformation programs at Volkswagen AG and ZF Group — working across complex global organizations on operational design, quality systems, and process governance.
Hamza holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is a Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Automotive SPICE Assessor.
