Paulo Ortiz

Paulo Ortiz is Global Product Lead for Generative AI at Reckitt, where he drives the company’s enterprise AI transformation. His work focuses on building and scaling GenAI products that deliver productivity gains and sharper business insights for thousands of employees in markets around the world, turning generative AI from hype into everyday value.

In his role, Paulo oversees the full product lifecycle of Reckitt’s GenAI marketing products, from strategy and roadmap to deployment and adoption at scale, working with cross-functional teams across IT, data, platform and business functions. His current focus includes expanding AI capabilities into new markets and evolving the platform toward more advanced analytical and agentic capabilities.

Paulo’s path to global AI leadership began in Brazil, where he studied industrial engineering and founded a business intelligence startup during university, an experience that shaped his builder’s mindset and bias for action. He joined Reckitt as intern and progressed to leading global AI product strategy, relocating to Warsaw, Poland, along the way. This combination of entrepreneurial and engineering experience gives him a practical perspective on turning emerging technology into measurable business outcomes.

Beyond his product responsibilities, Paulo is a conference speaker and an active voice in the enterprise AI community, sharing his perspective on scaling generative and agentic AI in large organizations. His areas of expertise include GenAI product management, enterprise AI adoption, data and analytics, agentic AI, and AI-driven productivity.
