Delphi Cheng

Delphi Cheng is an operations and supply chain professional specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing operations, and program management within the electronics industry. Currently serving as an Operations Program Manager at Amazon, she leads an Operational Program Management (OPM) organization of more than 30 professionals, overseeing execution across multiple programs and supporting operational readiness from product introduction through mass production and sustaining operations.

Throughout her career, Delphi has built extensive experience managing complex manufacturing and supply chain environments across mainland China and international production sites. Her background includes responsibility for NPI execution, factory operations, capacity planning, supply chain coordination, and large-scale operational initiatives. She has also been actively involved in factory construction and ramp-up projects, including manufacturing expansion initiatives in India, where she contributed to the establishment and scaling of production capabilities.

Prior to Amazon, Delphi held operational leadership roles within major electronics manufacturing organizations, including Foxconn and Compal. In these positions, she managed cross-functional programs involving engineering, procurement, finance, quality, and manufacturing teams, ensuring alignment between product development objectives and operational execution. Her experience spans both new product launches and sustaining operations, with a focus on process efficiency, production readiness, and organizational coordination.

A graduate of National Cheng Kung University with a bachelor’s degree in Resource Engineering, Delphi combines technical understanding with operational leadership expertise.
