At the age of 24, Aigul became the head of a company and has continuously developed her competencies as a manager and consultant ever since. Today, she is a co-owner of a consulting firm and a business consultant at a manufacturing enterprise in the construction materials sector.
Since 2009, Aigul has been actively sharing her expertise through original training programs and workshops on sales management and time management for mid- and senior-level executives. Since 2018, she has also been consulting aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them build their businesses from the ground up.
The main goal of her programs is to systematize business processes — enabling organizations to improve productivity, reduce stress levels within teams, enhance interdepartmental cooperation, and most importantly, help leaders and employees manage their time instead of being controlled by it.
